Exchanges
Refunds
Orders in Australia are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, email us at info@xtralite.com.au with your order information. You can use a prepaid return label for a fixed shipping fee deducted from your refund or arrange the shipment yourself. After we receive the item, X-TraLite will issue a full refund minus any applicable shipping charges. See the rules and exclusions below for more details.
Issues with Your Order
If there’s a problem with your order, such as:
- Damage during shipping
- Missing items
- Incorrect items received
Please send photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label to info@xtralite.com.au. Be sure to include your order number and name, and our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue.

International Orders
For orders placed outside Australia, items can be returned in new condition and in their original packaging within 30 days for store credit or a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Used items are not eligible for a refund and may incur a re-stocking fee.
X-TraLite reserves the right to refuse the return of any item for the following reasons:
- Items marked as final sale
- Clearance items
- Promotional items
- Limited edition or limited-run items
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Any orders cancelled prior to shipment or returned to X-TraLite due to delivery issues may incur a 5% cancellation fee.
